When I decided to create my food truck concept of mexican soulfood, I remembered a name a friend of mine from L.A. once called me.
The name is a slang word used to decribe bi-racial people of mexican and african-american desent.
Although it has some shock value, I believe it is the perfect word to descibe our culinary style.
Besides cooking, we are very passionate about serving those who are less fortunate.
