Whether you are having a dinner party for 50 friends, or a large corporate luncheon for 500 staff, we have you covered.
We will provide your guest with (2-3) 3oz soft tacos, (1) 6 oz side or (2) 3 oz sides, and (1) 12oz beverage (optional).
Step 1: - Choose your meats and sides
Option 1 - Two meat options and one side - $9-$13 per person
Option 2 - Three meat options and two side choice option - $13-$15per person
Option 3 - Four meat options and two side choice option - $15-$17 per person
BBQ Steak Tacos (grilled, marinated inside round beef)
Blackened Fish Tacos (grilled, marinated Talapia)
Buffalo Chicken Tacos (grilled, marinated fresh chicken tenderloins)
Smoked Sausage Tacos (grilled, smoked Kielbasa pork sausage)
Roasted Pulled Pork (Slow Roasted marinated Boston Pork Shoulder)
Jalapeno Mac n Cheese (Southern style baked mac with de-seeded fresh jalapenos and Mexican spices) - not spicy
Cup of collards (slow cooked collard greens seasoned in smoked turkey broth)
Mexican Rice and Black-eyed Peas
Coke products and bottled water
Step 2: - Confirm order. If you choose to secure the date for your event a 50% deposit will be required. Upon your e-mail confirmation, an invoice will be sent to you with deposit information.
We can provide you with meal tickets for your guest to help account for meals served (if you desire).
We can typically serve 120 guest in a two hour service window from the truck.
Addition time will be charged above agreed service time.
Travel charges and late night fees may apply if necessary.

We offer two distinct catering service, traditional buffet style and curb-side truck service.
Our buffet style catering consist of our chefs preparing a predetermined amount of dishes for a set amount of guest and delivering the food to you for your event.
Curb-side Catering consist of our chefs preparing a predetermined amount of menu items for your guest onsite via our truck. Each guest is given a meal ticket that will entitle them to the set meal plan.
